It is thoughtfully made by a women's co-operative following organic standards and fair trade guidelines. This soap smells great and rinses easily leaving no residue.  It leaves my skin feeling soft and very clean without feeling 'tight.'   I use the Geranium & Rosemary cleanser at night and the Sacred soap in the morning, yes, on my face!  It's wonderful!!
