Holistic skincare formulated to Purify, Balance, and Rejuvenate. All Benedetta Aromatherapeutic products are generously activated with Pure Essential Oils and formulated in a synergy considering their curative aspect, as it pertains to a particular skin condition. You will not find a more vibrant, "fresh" line of skin care that not only meets a conscious standard for purity, but will also deliver youthful results.

From Seed to Bottle:
Our essential oils are purchased from a global community of organic, biodynamic (Demeter certified) farmers and wildcrafters all with their own rich heritage and story. From the hand harvested, spring-irrigated Tunisian Neroli (orange blossom), 100 year family crop of Bulgarian Roses, to the local Sonoma Lavender we harvest ourselves to name a few. We purchase many of the same essential oils from different parts of the world each contributing a uniqueness to our synergies. For example we use Organic Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens) from Madagascar and a Biodynamic from Egypt. The extraction methods are determined by the botanical's individuality and viability.

Raw materials and finished products are stored in a temperature controlled environment. You will not find any fillers, only a wealth of what we like to term earthly botanicals that assist the body "naturally". Benedetta skin care preparations are non-comedogenic and highly concentrated. We use botanical anti-oxidants and preservatives exclusively. Each product is carefully handmade in small batches.

About our packaging:

	100% post consumer amber glass bottles imported from Germany.
	French pumps, the best available, have a locking system to keep the air out. The pumps on our Spray Mists are designed specifically for Aromatherapy Sprays.
	The nozzle applicators for our Precious & Nourishing Facial Oils were also designed specifically for essential oil products, and allow for a 1-drop dispersion.

 

About the Formulator:

The Benedetta Line of Skin Care preparations were formulated exclusively by Julia Faller. Julia considers herself a botanical intuitive having created effective synergistic blends long before present research proved them and their application invaluable.

Her involvement with the clinical use and research of essential oils started in 1986 while working as a licensed Esthetician under a Cardiologist and doctor of Preventative medicine in Southern California. She began custom blending essential oils and fine tuning a holistic approach to skin care as it relates to the overall health of the individual, always considering the body, mind and spirit connection.

Having been trained in various methods of the healing arts including, acupressure, Jin Shin, facial resistant exercises and facial massage she also developed the "Massage-In" technique for facial rejuvenation. Receiving a certificate of Aromatherapy in 1990 she has studied with noted teachers such as: Michael Scholes, Marcel Lavabre, Daniel Penoel, Kurt Schnaubelt and others.

Developed originally for her clientele, Julia's first product was a water-based hydrating mist, something of a new concept in 1987. The Crystal Radiance Spray Mists were distributed and marketed at that time by Aroma Vera, a leading purveyor of essential oils. She feels particularly grateful for this association and that of its founder and prior owner Marcel Lavabre for his support in the product, prompting the start of what was to come.

In 1996 Julia created Benedetta Fresh Aromatherapeutic Skin Care. To date the full line consists of a Crème Cleanser, 3 hydrating mists, 3 moisturizers, 2 intensive treatment oils, a blemish treatment and a seaweed mask. The entire line was developed without the use of synthetic chemicals or preservatives. Our focus is on the highest quality, most often, biodynamic and organically grown raw materials. Over these past years she has received innumerable letters and phone calls from customers who have been overjoyed with the results they experienced using Benedetta.

Currently living in Sonoma county with her husband and 3 children, she continues her research and study of the therapeutic applications of essential oils.
